  • Seattle, WA | Founder & Lead Trainer

    Robel took his passion for pro sports, health, and overall wellness launching Athletic Form in 2013. His creative approach to functional training has made him one of the most recognized trainers in the industry. His ability to integrate stability and performance in the programs he designs for his clients and the community ensures their efficiency and success. His other training focuses revolve around designing injury-preventative, functional workouts.

    As a first-generation Eritrean man and now father, Robel continues to focus on creating a safe space for athletes and everyone in this community to be treated with respect, integrity, and care. His philosophy stems from a quote by Muhammad Ali, "Service is the rent you pay for your room here on Earth."

  • Seattle, WA | Gym Manager & Trainer Lead

    Phillip has been coaching for 16 years, working in the fitness industry for 15 and specializing in strength and conditioning for the last 10. Through coaching (sports and fitness) Phillip has worked with people ages 3-75 with a wide range of skill sets and abilities. In Phillip’s words “I believe that everyone is an athlete and my goal is to make people better at whatever their sport may be. It could be getting faster and stronger for soccer, it could be working 8 hours pain free”. His ideal client is someone who is goal oriented, “People often think the ideal client is a professional athlete but the most fun client to work with is someone who wants to achieve a goal, whether it’s squatting 500lbs or standing up from a chair without assistance, helping someone accomplish their goals is the greatest thing to see as a trainer”. Phillip is certified through USAW, CSCS, and studied Kinesiology and Strength & Conditioning at Washington State University.

    Tyler Hutchison is an NASM certified personal trainer and certified performance and movement specialist. Tyler’s goal is to help people move without limitations. Born and raised in West Seattle, Tyler grew up playing baseball and basketball and continued to play baseball while enrolled at Edmonds CC.

    Over his career, he has worked with athletes of many sports as well as individuals of all levels and ages. His main priority as a trainer at Athletic Form is to customize programs for his clients to move better, feel better, prevent injury and most importantly have fun in the process.

With a strong focus on strength and conditioning, injury prevention and rehabilitation, as well as endurance training, Lexi has honed her skills to help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely.

    Graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from the University of Washington, she brings a deep understanding of the crucial role nutrition plays in overall health and performance. This knowledge, combined with her expertise in exercise physiology, allows her to adopt a holistic approach to fitness.

    Throughout her career,  Lexi has worked with diverse clientele, ranging from beginners to advanced athletes. She tailor’s each training program to meet the specific needs and goals of her clients, whether it's building strength, improving endurance, or recovering from an injury.

    Trevor is focused on helping his clients develop a bulletproof foundation to help support their sports performance or overall lifestyle. He has been in the wellness business since 2011 and has worked with all walks of life. He thrives at helping people unlock what’s possible at any age!

  • Amber Jenkins is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) certified performance coach based in West Seattle. Amber grew up in Alaska as a multi sport athlete and was a two sport Division 1 Athlete at Northern Illinois University competing in Volleyball as a libero and in Track and Field as a heptathlete. 

    After graduating she pursued a professional beach career in the US on the AVP and internationally. Over her career, she has worked with athletes from various sports, as well as individuals of all levels and ages. Her goal is to help everyone channel their inner athlete and move functionally as a human being.
