HYROX SKILL
HYROX Skill is a cardio-centric class designed to build strength, speed, and endurance by incorporating key HYROX movements in a station based, HIIT style workout. Whether you're new to HYROX, refining your technique for your next event, or just looking for a fun balanced workout, this class will get your heart racing at your own pace while improving your efficiency in movements like sled push/pull, rowing, wall balls, and farmer’s carries.
*This class is less technical than Get Fit Lab & Strength and more individually focused than HYROX Team, but may occasionally incorporate partner-based challenges to practice transitions and strategy.

HYROX TEAM
HYROX Team - is a team-based class that will challenge you and your teammates to complete high intensity endurance objectives in a friendly, competitive format. Each workout will push your fitness to the limits in a gritty, high energy atmosphere, while encouraging collaboration among your team.
*This class is less technical than Get Fit Lab, Strength & Tone, or HYROX Skill, focusing on simple but effective movements, without the complexity of heavy barbell or Olympic lifts—perfect for those who want to jump in and sweat it out without worry.
